Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 – 7 business days. Shipping typically takes 2-5 days. FEDEX has already stated that they are NOT guaranteeing any deliveries for the rest of the year. Please order holiday items as early as possible as there will be a significantly higher volume of sales during the holiday season. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You will also receive an e-mail when your package has been shipped, which will include the tracking number for your reference. 

Do the shirts run true to size?

A resounding YES!!! No need to size up or down. We provide sizing charts for your convenience.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Because we print and sell custom products made just for you, with your name, picture, company logo, or saying, sizes and colors, we cannot accept returns simply for buyer’s remorse. Please look at the sizing charts on all clothing prior to placing your order. If you have questions, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order. We respond within 12 hours! We are happy to answer all questions and help you make a decision beforehand. Thank you for understanding! 

We will honor and handle returns and/or exchanges for damaged or misprinted products. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Do you offer faster shipping options?

Yes! You have a few shipping options, which include faster or rush delivery. Again, we CANNOT guarantee deliveries will arrive on a specific desired date. The shipping carriers are NOT guaranteeing delivery dates for the rest of the year. If you want a deleivery on a specific date, place your early several weeks ahead. 

Do you offer a gift-wrapping option?

Because we utilize fulfillment companies, we are unable to offer this service. 

What constitutes a bulk order?

To take advantage of bulk order rates, the minimum quantity is 24 for embroidered shirts and 48 for silk-screen printed shirts.  

Do you partner with nonprofit organizations?

Yes! It is our pleasure to work with nonprofit organizations serving our communities! We will partner with select 501(c)3 organizations (must provide certificate) and donate a %age of our profit on that product to the organization. 

How can I submit my logo or artwork?

Please e-mail artwork (hi-res png file with a  transparent background) to Tisha.Davis@yahoo.com. Please include specific instructions, product, color, and your deadline (if applicable). 

What type of shirts do you sell?

T-shirts, women’s shirts, V-necks, tanks, sweatshirts, hoodies, long sleeve shirts, dress shirts, denim dress shirts, crop tops, crop sweatshirts, crop hoodies, jackets, hoodie dresses, fleece hoodies, and more!

We ONLY use the top shirt brands to include American Apparel, Anvil, Bella + Canvas, Next Level, Champion and Ultra Club.

Do you silk screen the shirts?

Yes! Silk-screen printing is only available for bulk orders. 

We also offer DTG (direct to garment) for small orders and embroidery printing. 

Can you print on the back of the shirt?

Yes! We absolutely can! There is an additional cost for back and sleeve prints.
